Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy covers the handling of personal data on the VPNYV marketing website and user panel. It addresses account management, subscription delivery, billing, and support. When you visit third-party websites or use third-party payment services, the privacy policies of those providers apply separately.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account. If you choose to provide one in a support ticket, it will be used only to discuss the issue and will not be added to a marketing list. Do not include passwords, sensitive payment credentials, or complete subscription links in support tickets.

VPNYV processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, subscription status, and data usage to authenticate logins, deliver subscriptions, and calculate usage. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm payments, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Support tickets are used to understand issues and provide assistance.

No-Logs Policy

VPNYV follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or create connection histories that can be traced back to an account. Browsing and connection activity logs of this kind are not retained as routine data.

Aggregated usage data needed for subscription billing is different from connection activity logs. Usage summaries help determine the remaining allowance on a plan and do not include destination websites. Website analytics and troubleshooting materials submitted by users are also separate from browsing records on network routes; they are handled only for the purposes described in this policy. A no-logs policy does not mean that account and order records do not exist.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can identify broken links and improve content. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website and are not used to record visits to third-party websites through international routes. Do not put subscription links or account credentials in URL parameters on marketing pages.

The user panel uses local storage for login tokens, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. Cookies, when used for sessions or analytics, serve only their respective functions. You can clear or restrict this data in your browser; doing so may require you to log in again and may reset some preferences. Log out after using a shared device, and clear site storage if needed.

Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure

Payments by Alipay / WeChat / USDT are handled by the respective third-party services. VPNYV uses order-related information and payment results to confirm subscription status and does not ask users to provide their third-party payment account passwords on this website. Third parties may handle transaction data under their own policies; please review the relevant information before making a payment.

VPNYV does not sell account data. Information is used or shared with relevant processors only as necessary to confirm payments, deliver services, or resolve disputes. Where disclosure is legally required, we follow applicable requirements and limit the information disclosed to what is necessary for the matter at hand.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account features. Order and refund records are kept as needed for transaction verification, dispute resolution, and applicable retention requirements. Support tickets and analytics are deleted or aggregated once their purposes have been fulfilled; indefinite retention is not the default. This policy does not set an arbitrary, universal retention period for different data categories.

You can log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. We need to verify control of the account before processing a request to prevent unauthorized claims. Deletion may affect subscription delivery and access to past orders. Data that must be retained by law or for an unresolved dispute will be restricted to that purpose and handled once the reason for retention no longer applies. Clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.

Policy Updates and Questions

When this policy changes, we will publish the revised text on this page and update the month shown at the top. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. If a new purpose requires separate authorization, we will provide the relevant information before processing the data.

If you have questions about data processing, contact us through a user panel support ticket and describe the account feature or order involved. See the Terms of Service for service rules. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of third-party services.
