100+ countries / 190+ routes
Supported protocols
VPNYV offers 100+ countries and 190+ routes. When choosing a route, first check which regions your target service supports, then compare how each route performs on your local network. Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong may be options for nearby connections; the United States and Canada may suit services tied to those regions. A shorter distance does not always mean faster access: route paths, your current network, and the destination site's response all matter.
The table below shows examples of route types; check the user dashboard for current cities and available nodes. This table does not guarantee streaming access: the catalog shown by a platform can vary by account region, exit IP, and content rights. Open the page you need and confirm that you can sign in, play content, or submit a request before saving a suitable route as a favorite.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | See the route list | IEPL dedicated line | Depends on service region and testing |
| Singapore | See the route list | Relay | Depends on service region and testing |
| Hong Kong | See the route list | IEPL dedicated line | Depends on service region and testing |
| United States | See the route list | Direct | Depends on service region and testing |
| Canada | See the route list | Relay | Depends on service region and testing |
A direct route connects your local network to an international exit without an intermediate access node. Its path is easier to understand, but performance can be more sensitive to changes in your ISP's routing. A relay passes through an access node before reaching the exit region; an IEPL dedicated line uses a dedicated link for the relevant route. Route types describe how a connection is made, not a speed guarantee for every app or time of day.
Work websites, AI chats, and video streaming have different network needs. Check that web pages load fully, long responses arrive without interruption, and video plays without repeated buffering. Test on your usual network and at the times you normally use it; don't choose a long-term route based on a single connection test.
Route status figures are for comparing connection options only. They are not end-to-end speed tests from your device to a destination site and do not guarantee bandwidth or availability.
View all routes →One subscription can be used across devices and for different international services. VPNYV explains routes, clients, and billing separately so you can decide whether it suits your needs before choosing a data tier. The sections below cover common use cases; actual access also depends on your local network, the destination service's policies, and your account status.
At peak hours, slow page loads, video buffering, and interrupted chats can have different causes. VPNYV offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct routes, so you can choose based on your current network. Keep the exit region the same and switch only the route type to see whether the app improves. If every route is slow, check your local Wi-Fi or other downloads. Judge reliability over continued use, not from a single connection reading. More routes give you options, but do not guarantee the same speed at all times.

VPNYV describes its privacy approach as anonymous, no-log service. No email is needed to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your password and subscription link secure: the link contains access credentials, so don't post it in public chats, shared documents, or screenshots. A network connection service does not replace the privacy settings on destination websites; once signed in, those sites can still identify your account. Read the privacy policy to understand what information is needed to provide the account service and how browsing activity is handled under the stated terms.

VPNYV supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Use the same subscription for work on your computer and research on mobile devices; there's no need to choose a separate plan for each device. Each device still needs its own client installation, subscription import, and connection authorization. A connection on one device does not automatically connect the others. All devices share the plan's data allowance, so choose a tier based on total usage across your devices, not just one device's history.

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, first check which regions the tool supports, then choose an exit in a supported region. VPNYV offers international routes but does not replace the tool's account eligibility, paid access, or regional rules. Keep the same exit during longer conversations where possible to avoid repeated sign-ins and session checks. If a page opens but you can't submit a prompt, determine whether the issue is a dropped connection, an account notice, or a server error before switching routes. Not every issue is caused by the network.

Playback on Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, HBO, and other services depends on the connection route, account region, content rights, and how the exit IP is recognized. VPNYV routes can connect to these international services, but not every exit is guaranteed to show the same catalog. Check that the content you want is available, then test uninterrupted playback and seeking. Keep the route unchanged while watching where possible, and account for the data used by video. A page loading successfully does not confirm that extended playback will work.

VPNYV offers a 7-day refund policy so you can assess the service on your own devices, network, and usual services. Import your subscription and test what you actually need, such as browsing, AI requests, or video playback; don't stop at checking whether the client says it's connected. To request a refund, use the support ticket option in the user dashboard and provide your order details and request. Eligibility is subject to the terms of service. Check the plans page for pricing, data reset rules, and data bundle options, and compare the billing model with how you expect to use the service.

A route determines where your connection travels, a protocol determines how the client communicates with a node, and an app determines which service receives your request. If a connection fails, first check that your subscription is valid and a node is selected, then review the app's specific error. If a website works but one feature does not, check that feature's regional rules or account permissions. If multiple sites won't load, start troubleshooting with the client's proxy mode and your local network.
Once you have a setup that works, there's no need to keep switching just to try different protocol names. On mobile devices, also check whether the connection recovers after changing networks and whether background use fits your system permissions. For a comparison of Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, VLESS, Hysteria2, and TUIC, read the technical reference to routes and protocols. If you're new to the service, start with the getting-started guide: connect first, then adjust settings as needed.
Get the client and subscription through the user dashboard; sign in to access the subscription. Get the clientNo email is needed to create an account; use a username and password. In the dashboard, check your plan and account status, then go to the client section for your platform and subscription import instructions. After importing, confirm that selectable routes appear in the client, choose an exit suited to your target service, and enable the connection. Finally, open the site you need to verify access rather than relying only on the connection icon.
When switching devices, use the same account to access your subscription, then import it and authorize the connection on the new device. Don't share your subscription link or post screenshots containing credentials in public discussions. If import fails, check that you copied the full link, the subscription is still valid, and the client supports the relevant protocol. For help, describe your platform and the error in a support ticket; don't share credentials publicly.
View the complete getting-started guide →If you regularly visit international websites, choose a monthly plan based on your total data use. If your usage is occasional or unpredictable, consider a data bundle that lasts until used and never expires. The two billing options suit different usage patterns, so don't decide based on a single visit. All monthly plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices and support the same platforms; focus on whether the data allowance covers all your devices.

If you only need access for research, travel, or a specific project, a data bundle lets you keep unused data without fitting your usage into a monthly schedule. Never-expiring refers to the bundle's validity, not unlimited data: video, file transfers, and simultaneous use across devices still consume your allowance. Before purchasing, consider your recent needs and current subscription status, and confirm the plan details in the dashboard.
Data bundle details →Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, not on the first of the calendar month. When comparing plans, check your usage in the current cycle and whether the remaining allowance will cover upcoming tasks. Text chats and video use very different amounts of data, and file transfers should be included in your estimate. Suggested use cases are only a guide; they don't correspond to a fixed viewing time or number of requests.
For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Check the order details shown in the dashboard before proceeding; don't estimate the amount due as if you were paying for a full month. VPNYV supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; check order and payment status in the dashboard. The service has a 7-day refund policy; see the terms of service for eligibility. For billing or refund questions, submit the relevant order details through a dashboard support ticket.

VPNYV organizes product information around the steps involved in using the service: plans explain pricing and data allowances, routes cover exits and route types, guides show how to import a client subscription, and the technical reference explains protocols and routing differences. First check whether the exit region suits your target service, then confirm your data and device needs. When choosing a subscription, clear terms and whether it meets your practical needs matter more than protocol names or coverage figures alone.
